This widely depends on the specific style of Quartz Banger you are using as well as the strength of your torch, however a general rule of thumb is you should stop heating as soon as every surface is clean and right before the Quartz starts to turn a visible red tint.

While we'd love to be able to produce our Quartz in house, the only way to provide an affordable Quartz Banger to the consumer is to have them imported from China. Many other brands do this, but we take extreme care in quality control to ensure you only receive the best products at even better prices. 

Each new batch is rigorously stress tested and visually inspected multiple times before fulfillment, however if you ever unhappy with your product feel free to reach out to us directly so we can remedy the situation.

This also widely depends on the style of Quartz Banger as well as the strength of your specific torch. The best way to time the cool down is to start 90 seconds from when you turn off the torch and work your way up or down from there depending on your setup.

The most optimal way to know when to hit your Quartz Banger is a Temperature Sensor! We currently carry custom Temp Gauges by @rufldfthrs which are an affordable sensor that gets the job done perfectly. We usually hit our Quartz around 500-600° Fahrenheit depending on concentrate and Banger.

There are mainly 2 methods to go about cleaning your Quartz Bangers after a dab.

1) The Cotton Swab Method

This method is most commonly used with more simple style bangers (Flat, Round, etc.) that are easily cleaned with cotton swabs. Everyone has their own specific technique, but ours consistent of first collecting any large amounts of leftover residue with both ends of a dry cotton swab. Next we'll use 1-2 Isopropyl soaked cotton swabs to clean off every surface as perfect as we can. You can easily get Isopropyl on your cotton swabs using our Iso Pump meant specifically for this purpose! Finally, just to avoid any leftover Isopropyl in the Banger, we'll finish it off with one last dry cotton swab for good measure.  

2) The Dunk Method

Some Quartz Banger styles (Slurper, Blender, etc.) are too intricate to be easily cleaned with cotton swabs, so some dabbers decide to use this cleaning method instead. We advise you to only dunk your Quartz when it's under 300° F, since fully submerging almost any material while extremely hot can cause damage over time. The reason you want to wait for it to be cooler is the Isopropyl will start to evaporate and create submerged pockets of gas. If enough heat is still retained in the Banger to create the right amount of pressure, this can produce cracks or even complete structural failure. While this is the quick and easy way to clean your Quartz Bangers, you need to use extreme caution while doing so!

Shipping

We fulfill every order same day whenever possible! This means if you place an order before 5:00PM MT (Monday - Friday) or before 11:00AM MT on Saturday then you're order will be sent out by the end of that same day. Every order is fulfilled next possible business day at the very latest.

First Class Mail (Free Shipping $49+) usually takes 3-5 business days, but can be slightly affected by holidays or severe weather. All other shipping estimates are shown at checkout based on your mailing address.

After your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and tracking information after the shipping label has been purchased. If you have not received these emails please reach out to us!

Almost every domestic package is sent through and can be tracked by USPS here

This can rarely happen for a few reasons. It is possible that a USPS delivery worker dropped it off at the wrong address or the package was scanned as delivered by accident and will be redelivered over the next few days. In this case, we recommend waiting a couple more business days to see if your package shows up. 

If after waiting still nothing arrives, a missing mail claim should be opened.

A missing mail claim filed through USPS is the best way to go about retrieving your missing package, as this is an indication something went wrong and you may want to go about a refund if the package was insured. They will do their best to find the last location of your package and investigate what happened. We are not responsible for any packages lost by USPS.

If you need to change your order's shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@banger.supply so we can fix it before the order is sent out.

If already shipped, the package should be returned to our PO Box. Please provide us with the updated mailing info so we can send it back out.
