Our policy lasts 7 days after the item has been delivered. If 1 week has gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

 

Accepted reasons for a return/refund:

- The buyer is not satisfied with the quality/service.
- There is a defect in the product (email us immediately and attach a photo of the product(s) and defect. All defects are handled very seriously, you will be compensated.).


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Accepted reasons to exchange a product:

- We sent the wrong product (contact us immediately, we will fix the issue ASAP)
- You ordered the wrong size
- You ordered the wrong product
- The product does not fit
- The product isn't compatible with your other items
- You're not satisfied

How long do exchanges take?

Depending on the reason for the exchange, we can send the correct item you need the same day you request the exchange. We work hard to make sure that exchanges are handled with a professional amount of urgency.

    

Will I have to pay anything?

If you are exchanging something due to a mistake that was made by us, we will pay for each shipping cost 100%, and you won't pay anything.

If you are exchanging something due to a mistake that wasn't made by us, we will pay for the 2nd package to be shipped to you, but we ask that you pay for the package that you send back to us. This normally costs $3 or less, if you use USPS First Class shipping.
